Lauren offers massage and bodywork modalities including Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Sports, Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping, and Reiki/Energy techniques including Usui Reiki, Integrative Energy Therapy, and Shamballa Multidimensional Healing. She will create with you a customized session that will blend Eastern and Western techniques to facilitate a healing session for mind, body, and soul.

Lauren graduated from North Eastern Institute of Whole Health, located in Manchester, NH and early on knew her focus was going to be the ability to ease her clients emotional and spiritual scars through bodywork and energy work. She has continued her education to become a Certified Pregnancy Massage Therapist, allowing her to work with all possible scenarios with expecting moms, including high risks pregnancies.

To expand her spiritual work, Lauren completed Usui Reiki Master Teacher training in 2014 and is very passionate about helping each of her clients to take the inner journey of truly learning who they are and how to impact their quality of life. In the recent years Lauren as expanded her spiritual gifts to embrace offering Tarot and Oracle card Readings. Every session to Lauren is a miracle and a blessing to work with each client.
